Above is a 1974 Honda CT70 "Trail 70". Motor turns over and has fire, but bike is not running. When you kick the bike, the kick starter seems to slip and is kind of sticky, kick starter goes down, but motor doesn't turn over. The bike does this for three kicks, and on the fourth kick it turns over normally and seems to have good compression. It does this same cycle almost every time, not sure what is wrong, because I haven't been into the motor. The bike is missing rear fender, taillight, blinkers, and left hand brake lever. All wiring is still intact, as are the switches. Muffler is broken off at the end. Seat and pan are in excellent shape. Both handle bars are bent somewhat, but should be able to be straightened. Front fender is turned under on front edge, should be able to tap out and straighten. All wiring and switches are present, as is the key. Paint is pretty good, except for chain cover and rims. Chrome is in fair shape with only minor surface rust, except for speedo, and brush guard which have a little heavier rust. Rear tire does not hold air. This bike has a real good foundation for a restoration project or could be a nice runner with minimal work.
