For an anthology on food, I decided to follow the anthropological history of the apple. Using mythology, history, and legends, I soon had plenty to pad out a four-page story. The classroom scenario allowed for giving lots of information in a conversational way. The anthology was offered as a free download for comic shops for the annual Free Comic Book Day.
