Serena Blandish is Spencer's sister.  You will not find a kinder, more humane person in all of Virginia.  But no matter how hard we try we simply cannot get her to learn computers.  Even though it would help her in business and I told her I was putting her picture on the Internet.   Serena owns the leading pet store in West Remington.
