There was a tradition in the Victorian Area that when you stopped by someone's home, you would leave your calling card. This was done if the person was not at home, or was indisposed at the time of your visit. These cards have evolved into the business card of today.
However, there has been a resurgance of these lovely items on the web in the form of little electronic graphics that you can leave in guestbooks when you "visit" someone's web home. Pretty neat, huh?
Well, I've decided to try my hand at making some of these little cards. All you have to do is save the one you want to your computer, use a simple graphics program to personalize it, and you're all set. If you aren't familiar with making and editing graphics, but would like one of these, just e-mail me. I'd be happy to personalize one and e-mail it back to you.
