Scene 1

    The scene is at night and in a lush jungle. We open with a downward-looking shot of the face and upper body of a woman up to her waist in quicksand and sinking rapidly. In five seconds she sinks from her waist to the base of her neck. In five more seconds she sinks to her chin. It takes ten more seconds for her to go under completely, except for her arms, which move up and down while sinking further until the scene ends.
