It was summer 1996 When we first met See, now it has been 9 years And so many memories

9 years ago you started playin games Caused me some tears Had our fights Never would of thought there would be a Future for us

You tried to show me right from wrong You told me to leave those Clowns in the dust You knew that I would only be crushed But I only wanted to think that you Were wrong

You only tried to keep me away from all The drama and stress But I always return to all the nonsence Then come back to you with a heart that You gotta mend

I used to have so much resentment But I will never doubt your judgement I now see that every time you were right I am sorry that all I wanted to do Was fight

So now, and for a million days Let's never let our friendship fade
