I know,my friend,your words are true, Everytime I hear you say, "Be not close to a person who, You know, will have to leave someday."

'Tis the way that nature is, All that rises high must fall, Nothing lasts forever here, There is an end to one and all.

But the friendship that I have for you, Shall bloom forever in its prime, My love for you shall live beyond- Barriers of distance & time.

Our togetherness is immortal not, I know that we shall one day part, But ever shall I have with me, Your friendship in my mind and heart.

Even as the years may pass, And even as I age and grey, Your friendship, in all its youth, Shall forever with me stay.

The thought of parting cannot end, A friendship thats an eternal boon, But my friend, I love you more, For I know you'll leave me soon.
