Title: A Rose So Red
Writer: David C. Coleman

I greet you with a rose so red...
A red rose red and radiant
as you appear tonight
A rose so bright and beautiful
as you in candlelight
I cook for you as we begin
this very special night
Tonight we end and then begin
with ecstasy in sight
Our arms entwined with vintage wine
Your eyes resigned and melting mine
A gentle kiss will consecrate
the marriage of two souls
Tonight under the stars aware
held captive by your pirate's stare
At once you will deliver me
this gift beyond compare
Enraptured by your every move
tonight our hearts will take to flight
becoming one, transcending
and ascending in the night
