I sit and wonder how could you treat me like this, And it all started with one little kiss. You were sweet and kind at first, But I found out the truth, so now I hurt. Thinking that you once cared, And now you say you're scared. I don't think I turned you against me; Because I was sweet and sincere; Thinking you'd always be there!

I sit and wonder day to day, How could love turn out this way? I thought you'd always be by my side, But it all turned out to be a lie. I guess my opinion was wrong, So now I'm listening to sad love songs. Now I tell myself; all guys are the same, They tell you they care, but its all a big game.

I sit and wonder was it all my fault, Because you came and tore my world apart. I thought I belonged to you; and you belonged to me, But it all turned out to be my fantasy. You really turned out to be like everyone said, Not sincere, but ready to hit the bed.
