SUBSTANCE SUBSISTENCE

Welcome to my Western Mouth-Piece Paintings.

I will continue to add some of my landscape paintings which have
been displayed and won awards locally, regionally and nationally.

Western art is still alive and can be lived in Casper, Wyoming!

The buffalo or bison was the substance of subsistence for the Native American Indian. With the strengthening meat and comforting robe the Indians were able to survive unbelievable hardships in subfreezing cold and sweltering heat. In addition, the tools, daily supplies, and cultural significance of the bison are incalcuable. Thanks to the hard work of many States, organizations, and individuals there are still thriving herds of buffalo in Wyoming and surrounding states. Come experience them for yourself!
