Your True Face
I see the world through your eyes
Ivy leaves climbing to the sky
By your window you sit each day
Seeing the moon cast it's rays
In your room each and every day
Areas of darkness are in your heart
Closed doors open to see the moon
Casting rays down on you
Till this moment you thought
Your love had left, smoking pot
In clouds of smoke your friend had left
Into the smoke, in the horizen the sun set
For days and months seem logical
The clock ticks loudly on my wall
Telling how long has past
Since your breath
Destroyed this defining silence
Spit the world you see through your eyes
Run away from the ivy's web of lies
Come with me to somewhere else
Away from this nightmare you call your life
And live with me in this other place
Where the moons rays touch you
On your true face.
