Suicide
Standing on a bridge,
Standing on the ledge
It's all the same
You look down,
You hit the ground,
Then your dead.
But then the question
arises,
"Why did they do it?"
And that just opens up
A whole new door of surprises.
We soon learned how you
were raised on the "wrong"
side of town,
And of your parents abuse.
We soon learned why you
always wore a frown.
And of your every excuse.
We soon learned how no one
would care for you,
Or give you the time of day.
We soon learned how everyone
could care less of what you
would do,
And how everyone just pushed
you away.
So next time, don't ask-
"Why did they do it?"
It was probably better they
committed suicide and did what
they had to do,
Because if you lived their life,
You would've done it too.
