It’s 3 am and

I can't get to sleep

I’ve done everything

Even counted sheep

But nothing seems to work

Full of anxiety, keeps me

Wide awake. Paradoxical Intent.

Can’t fall asleep, try to stay awake

Before I knew it I was sound asleep
