Taking pictures on dark overcast days or just before it rains always provides fantastic lighting effects. While shooting some fun portraits of a friend, she threw off her shoes and skipped through the shallow water out to this huge piece of driftwood.

It was an interesting photo, but when I  got  into the darkroom and made my prints, I discovered this almost religious spectacle. next
