This a symbolic picture. The bars represent sin. That which keeps us from communing with God. The cross is the cross that Jesus died upon, it gives us access to the throneroom of God. Therefore breaks the bars. The purple (a color of royalty) I is God. (therefore the front of the picture is God's presence and the back is where we are without the cross.) The yellow cone is the world. Looking all they can but can't see the obvious. That the cross paved the way for them to go to God. They're busy searching for another way to get through, but we know they will never find one. And you never know when it will be too late.
