Waking up you look at the clock and see the time.
Getting out of the car you walk to a park bench and sit down. You figure that whoever sent the message would probably be watching you. So they would know where to find you.
As you wait you read the newspaper. Then you hear a voice behind you.
"You are wasting our time. You were told to research Cartel. He's the
key. You need to know about him. You have one last chance. Go research
Barton Daniel Cartel. And come back here tommorrow night."
You hear rustling and then the person is gone. You leave, and then
decide:
To go home, since it's too late to do anything.
Go to the newspaper maybe there is something
there you can find out.
