CRABMEAT STEW

For Java AnWater by Fabio Ciucci
2 cups crabmeat | 1 fresh tomato, diced |
4 Tbsp. diced lean ham | 1 pkg. Sason seasoning powder |
1 large bell pepper, diced | 1/2 tsp. oregano |
1 large onion, diced | 1 can tomato sauce |
1/2 tsp. black pepper | 1 bouillon cube in 1/2 cup water
Salt and pepper to taste |
Saute the ham, onion and pepper in 2 tablespoons of margarine.
Add seasonings, tomate sauce and bouillon cubes. Simmer for 10
minutes (slowly). Add crab pieces. Heat gently. Serve with white rice. Serves 4-6.
