Wisdom is lent
Not owned
Nor gained
But graciously borrowed
From one great pool of
Being,
Allowed to all
Though generally ignored
And often forgotten
A resource used by
Some poetic genius
They attempt to cage it
And find its strength
Too much to bear,
Broken
Shattered
Twisted
Minds,
Finding selfs lost
Until the knowledge
Is again lent
As salvation.
