THE TWIN

My twin lives deep in the Zelene Lake
Where fish and clouds flow.
He drinks the sky with every drink I take.
The Lake is home for my soul.

Farewell, my twin - I run along the path onto the steep.
He sinks to depths and falls to sleep.

As people say, dogs have no soul.

Farewell, my soul - I run along the path onto the steep.
He sinks to depths and falls to sleep.

The trees, the Sun, the sky - all have their twins.
They are like shadows, tethered by the life.
And what is death? A shadows' strife.
The trees, the Sun, the sky - all have their twins

Mine lives in the Zelene Lake.
The death will put me out and him - awake.
The time then froze in a deadly quake...
My twin lives deep in the Zelene Lake.
