I don't believe in laughing stones,
I don't believe in a blooming fishing rod,
In burning ice that's warming up my bones,
On the seventh day of the Genesis by God.

I don't believe in weed, not rustled by the wind,
In greedy Sun and lethal Spring.
I don't believe in love and kindness of a snake,
In skies that never knew a wing.

I don't believe in roads that are shorter than a mile,
I don't believe, when stormy clouds smile.

It's wrong when the truth resembles a fairy tale,
And I will not succumb to blows.
I do believe in life, I'll snicker when I fail,
It's faith - and all the rest just follows.
