Wear clothes during the day if possible.
Be neat and clean - keep up personal hygiene.

Set goals and keep them in mind.
Shop by phone using the Yellow Pages and catalogs.
Plan you menus and organize the grocery list.
Do long put-off projects (i.e. picture albums, letters, stitchery, Christmas cards, etc.).
Keep a journal of your pregnancy.
Have visitors when you feel up to it, but keep things under control.
Have a small ice chest next to your bed packed with the day's supplies of drinks and snacks.
Do something special for yourself (i.e. manicure, facial, favorite show, just something to pick you up when you're down).
Keep a calendar close by to chart your progress. Focus on how far you have come, not how far you have to go!
Get books on tape if you tire of reading.
Make a list of things that people can do for youm so when they ask, you can easily come up with something and you can even give them a choice. And do take them up on their offer - people do mean it or they wouldn't even offer in the first place.
