I live in beautiful wet Oregon (the Beaver State) where the state flower is mildew, and last year 17 people fell off their bicycles and drowned. In spite of the fact that I've been online 350 out of the last 365 days, I don't believe I'm addicted. (I do believe that babycakes^, seductress-of-fate and I`m-Me are sweet and innocent, and that Elvis is still alive, somewhere in the upper Midwest.) I've lived in Oregon all of my life, except for a 10 year span of insanity when I lived in California, a state which could be quite beautiful if so darned many people didn't live there. My family is all in Oregon and we have frequent get-togethers for birthdays and holidays - I know it's kinda hard to believe, but we actually enjoy each other's company :) I'm the old lady of the channel and a life-long single person (what can I say.... I'm just an independent kind of gal). On those occasions when I'm not online, I like doing crossword puzzles and counted cross stitch. I'm also a pretty good trivia player, due to having the kind of mind that sucks up useless bits of information and spits them back on demand. Don't ask me anything about recent music, though....I've been listening to 60's music since the 60's and am not about to change, other than listening to classical music sometimes.
