VOW

My soul
I release into you, deep
into the oceans of light
that are your eyes.
Your soul

I receive
below the surface
of nameless memories,
caress the curve of your hip
feel your breath become the rhythms
that flow like tides between the shores of us.

I release the boundaries,
let you in as deep
as any soul can go, expose
the tender underbelly of desire,
the unseen places to the light.
