January 13:
RIP
Our dear cat, Rocky, died. We found out after a routine exam that he had advanced and aggressive pancreatic cancer and rather than prolong his life for a few months -- which would grow more and more painful for him -- we decided to have him put down. [need photo]

February 13-15:
HAWKEYE
Paula and Myra Hope celebrate 6 years together with a trip to Western Mass. With her customary wisdom, Ma Alekson recommends a meeting with Paula's friend Christine from High School who, coincidentally, has a new kitten she is offering for adoption. With pious reluctance, MH and Paula agree to meet the little interloper.

His name is Hawkeye.
