What If God Were A Dog?

(synopsis)
the original scan was a painting(in oil pastels) done of my Doggie-Dog; this really loveable softtoy which i have had with me since i was 9 yrs old.

after the scan, i tried adding a collage-feel to the pic by sectioning the picture, cutting and flipping different parts. Afterwhich, the question hit me,'What if my god is the dog?'.

in the 'collage' i see doggie as a god, its face overseeing the transformation of self; of structure, of mental, and blah blah ---> evolution, genesis and stuff. the different colors, varieties, cut-ups of the image symbolizes the ambiguity of the whole idea of god in the first place, no proper form, color, or concrete evidence. The colors and sharp edges of the cut also represent destructiveness, and all-that-pain-in-life crap.

in the whole, i see a totem, sanctuary, and a serene, tunnel towards a worship. perhaps because i treasure doggie as the one and only creature/thing around me which stays by me side. like an overseeing 'god', silent, motionless, but unlike many other 'gods', its offer of comfort is almost tangible and instant.

erm..for the six panels, i guess the best reason would be that i'm pretty into the art of Andy Warhol. 'ya know, marilyn monroe and stuff.
