While in Vienna, we will go to the Hotel Sacher for the original sacher torte.

We will visit the Infant Jesus of Prague in the Czech Republic.

Getting a Schengen visa:

8 of us applied for and got Schengen visas from the Austrian Embassy. Visa validity dates are based solely on the booking certificate submitted, no more, no less. Extension of visa validity date requires one to go through the same process as visa application. North Americans do not need to get this visa.

Getting a Czech Republic visa:

Czech Republic is not a Schengen state. The insurance certificate should specify validity in the Czech Republic. The Embassy requires the fillable application form printout browsed from their website.

Getting a Hungary visa:

Hungary has a consulate but no embassy in the Philippines. The visa is issued by the Hungary Embassy in Indonesia.
