Jacqueline Schwab

Jacqueline, a former manager of Pinewoods Camp, loves how ESS makes a meeting ground for flowing English and high energy Scottish country dancing. Jacqueline combines traditional music with a classical touch and a dance pianist's improvisations. Her solo performances have been featured on seven of Ken Burns' PBS series, including his recent Susan B. Anthony and Elizabeth Cady Stanton, as well as on two MasterCard commercials. She has recorded with Bare Necessities, Laura Risk, Jean Redpath, Alasdair Fraser, and others. Jacqueline's most recent solo recordings are Mad Robin, her reflections on English dance tunes, and Down Came an Angel, her improvisations on American Christmas carols.
