Look to like, if looking liking move.

I am a graduate student at Drexel University's College of Information Science and Technology. By the time you read this, I shall have completed my last class, giving me the sixty credits needed for my master's degree. Then, it's back to the job hunt. I hope to become a librarian--perhaps one day a library director--of a major public or academic library. I also hope to become a writer one day. (I had an idea for a novel about a young girl who hides from a death threat by dressing as a boy and becoming one of William Shakespeare's company of actors, but then I found out that a book called "Master Rosalind" had the exact same plot.)

Before my graduate studies, I studied English literature at Elizabethtown College, gaining a B.A. in English lit. I credit my teachers in high school and college with fostering my love of literature in general, and Shakespeare in particular. Mr. Coppola, Miss Rocchino, Dr. Edward Dwyer, Mr. Matthew Carr, Dr. Louis Martin, Dr. John Campbell, Dr. David Downing, Mrs. Candace O'Donnell...thank you very much indeed. (If I've left any out, forgive me.)

I am 26 years of age and single. I hope to have a picture on this site, but updating may be slow due to the fact that as yet I have no computer at home. Right now, there's a bit of a time constraint due to a crashed disk and a project due-date, which is why I may not have as many plays and movie/book reviews as I wanted to. I hope to add them soon.

My likes are literature, bicycle riding (when the weather's nice), nearly all kinds of music (except for overly heavy or depressing rock, country, and rap), books (why else would I become a librarian?), Disney movies (my favorite modern heroine is Belle, because she's smart and likes books--bet she likes Shakespeare too), plays and musicals, dogs and cats.

And finally, thanks to Dr. Mary Katherine Hodges, for whose Internet class I have created this page. May it help to make a truly wonderful author more accessible to others!
