High Resolution Computer Images
by Konstantin Vassilev

High-Tech Color Smart Digital Fine Art Prints on
Premium Glossy Paper
The digital images look great displayed on monitor, but much too small or
poor quality when printed out. Konstantin reproduces the image at higher
resolution with a high- tech increasing of the output quality of images.
In
contrast to photographical or optical enlargements, which tend to look out
of focus at great magnification, these images actually appear sharper with
increased size. The same is true for the enlargements methods found in
popular computer programs- the pixel replication and the interpolation -
the resulting images look "blocky" and "jaggy".
An image on an A4 page format requires 4096x3076 pixels and
can be printed up to
390 pixels/inch (300 at the current inkjet printers). A typical image
contains up to
300,000 different colors.
For comparison a resolution of 4,000x4,000 pixels for one 35-mm film frame
(equivalent to a top still digital camera) is considered excellent for
motion pictures.
Konstantin can enlarge the images 2, 4 or 8 fold with retainment of the
high resolution
and quality of the original.
