my experience with the music of Deliverance
I don't remember when I first heard OF Deliverance. But, I do
remember the first time I ever heard the music of Deliverance.
It was on a radio showgram (like a tape of radio.. they talk
and play parts of songs) that I had bought for about 99 cents.
It had a few names on it that I recognized and wanted to hear
(like Tourniquet and Mortification) so I bought it. When it
got to Deliverance I knew I had to buy a Deliverance album.
The first Deliverance album that I got, darn. I actually don't
remember the first album that I bought. All I remember is that
I really enjoyed all of Deliverance's music except for some of
the songs on "River of Disturbance". (Which, I'm not 100% sure,
but I think that was the first Deliverance album I got..I got
it on cassette)
I own the following albums: "Camelot in Smithereens" on cd, "River of Disturbance" on cassette, "Learn" on cd, "Stay of Execution" on cassette, and "Weapons of Our Warfare" on cd.
