           The next step is to do the html for the page. Html is a programming language that the browser understands and converts into pictures and text placed on the page. It is simply written into separate documents which are saved on the server and viewed when a certain URL is typed in. It contains information on how to do anything you could ever want to do on your page.
           A homepage can be created without knowing HTML if a person uses a program that does the HTML for you. Programs such as Microsoft Frontpage have been made to make it easy to make a page without knowing any HTML. You just put the picture where you want it and the program does all the HTML programming for you. However, these programs usually cost around $125.
           The final step is to let others know about your homepage. This is done by signing up for different search engines, such as yahoo and webcrawler, and by e-mailing your friends and giving them your URL so that they may view your page. The more you tell people about your page, more viewers your page will receive.
           When this process is complete, especially if it was successful, it leaves a feeling of accomplishment in the creator. It gives them the satisfaction of knowing their creation can be seen by millions around the world and that their viewpoints can be heard.
