We here at Waylaid are just as pleased as punch to report that our little internet serial novel has joined the ranks of such unforgettable literature as The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, The Catcher in the Rye, The Color Purple, and Little House on the Prairie. We are officially a banned book! Hurrah!
A certain corporate giant has declared that Waylaid contains offensive, obscene, and explicit material, and employees who log on to the site are warned of this in a nasty little screen pop-up.
We are desperately trying to determine what has triggered this vehement attack on our work. Is it the language? Was it Sebastian seducing Will in Beaver Creek? Was it Mrs. Dial's 47 dogs? Something got someone upset, and we are consumed with curiosity.
We can't tell you who this corporate giant is, but there is a hint provided in the words which link to this screen. Tee hee hee.
