Ingredients
eggs - 2
salt - 1/2 tsp
flour - 1 cup
milk - 1 cupInstructions
Beat eggs and salt together until frothy. Then add the flour and beat that together. Then pour the milk in a thin stream into the batter until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate one hour. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Beat the beatter again and put into a greased :usually with juice from roast: (10" x 15" x 2 1/2") pan. Bake in oven 15 minutes, reduce heat to 375 degrees and bake for another 15 minutes or until pudding has turned golden brown and risen over the top of the pan.
