Eyes In The Light
Across a room in a large oaken panel swings a pendulum, back and forth... riding silence its low tone murmurs softly throughout the room... the gaze of your eyes in the faint light the only other presence... travelling the distance between us... upon air warmed by hickory burning beside us... Your eyes speak, looking closer... head rested against an earthy pillow.... I can see your words.... sensing their beauty and your sharing between us. Our hands touch, curling fingers together... neither of us looking away... little movement yet closeness known and walking up our arm's into our mind's - saying "hello"... in a way uniquely our own.
Passions scent lingers on lips
Eyes having wings where light fly's
Moment of bliss shyly whispering
Eye's in the light, your's and mine
