Classical

I use the term "classical" loosely.

Dur-An-Ki - A Flute Solo (literally)

An Erroneous Dish * - A mostly improvised piece for different pizzicato and bowed string instruments.

The Carrot Pondered the Wall's Distinct Shade of Pink * - An avant garde piano improvisation.

Fugue in A-Minor - A short baroque piece written for my music theory class.

HEY! This is Untitled - an odd sort of semi-minimal piano solo.

I'm Trying to Lure the Monkey out of My Head - he makes too much noise.

Nocturnal - For piano and flute. Written for my independant study with Dr. Hart. Will be peformed live at the 2003 composers recital.

Of Lurifrious Nature - An avant garde piece for cello and viola. Written for my composition class and performed live at the 2002 College of Charleston Young Composers Recital.

Piano Concerto, Movement no, 1 - Powerful, somewhat noisy.

Piano Concerto, Movement no. 2 - slow, melancholy, powerful.

Piano Concerto, Movement no. 3 - fast, rapid, and somewhat silly.

Piano Concerto, Movement no. 4 - The Grand Finale.

Putting the Eyebrows On It - A short avant garde piece inspired by Frank Zappa's album "The Yellow Shark."

Quartet Au Gratin - An interesting piece for string quartet.

The Question of Long Ago - This is kind of a slow and dark piece. It is written for string ensemble, solo viola, and harp.

Roasts Must Dwell * - Otherwise they get cranky.

Some Sort of Dissonance - This piano solo starts out fairly normal, but becomes much more eeeeevill as it goes along.

Two-Part Invention in D-major - Another short baroque piece written for my music theory class.

Uncommon Focus - My first avant garde piece for midi, or ever really. Written shortly after my first exposures to avant garde music in 10th grade. I'm actually rather proud of this one.

Unexplained Bacon - a short a-tonal piano solo written for my music theory class.

Waltz no. 2 - This is the fourth piece of music I ever wrote.

Waltz no. 3 - Just a silly little waltz.

Waltz no. 4 - a pretty piece with interesting instrumentation.

Waltz no. 6 - Another silly waltz.

Wishing You Were Home - Pretty and sad. Written while I was wishing that I was home.
