The Painter The Painter is dedicated to one special person: Moyra of Moyra's Web Jewels. She's a professional pixel-painter who does some extraordinary work. Moyra keeps a weekly journal online. One week, a particular entry caught my eye: in response to the negative comments of one political candidate toward Wiccans, she helped the group design a web site to peacefully protest his words. I am not a Wiccan or witch of any sort, but I found this to be a great act of love and tolerance. Especially since she isn't Wiccan either. I believe it's a great act of humanity to come to the defense of the persecuted stranger, even if they don't believe the same as you, or whatever - people are people, yes? So, Moyra, this is for you.
