Live Reviews:

Concert date: 12/10/97 - Place: Porto Alegre, Brazil

How it was: It was the first time that Suicidal played in Brazil and guess
what? It was in my hometown Porto Alegre! There's lots of ST fans here in
The opening set was a Brazilian band called Tribal-Core the've played for
30 minutes and we had to wait almost two hours after that to see Suicidal,
so eveyone was a little mad at them...But that didn't last too long...The
band got onstage and, after a few technical problems, started kicking major
butt since the first song (You Can't Bring Me Down). After that they played
a couple of old hardcore stuff (from the first two albuns) and then a new
song: "Payback is a Motherfuckin Bitch" - "It's going to be in our next
record that will be out in 1998" said Mike Muir, sweating like he was in
hell (it's very hot here in this time of the year)...Another new song: "We
are family" was good too.
The new line-up is very good (I think that the last one got too bored to
make good new songs)...The new bass player is one of the best around..To
the ones that said that no one could replace Robert Turjillo (I, for
example), this was a major shut up!

Best Moments:
-I saw Your Mommy (with a brand new introduction - very funky)
-Subliminal
-I Want More
-Pledge Your Allegiance
-Alone

Worst Moments
-The Infectious Grooves songs
-They didn't played War Inside My Head

Best Onstage Quote:
- "Obrigado" ("thank you" in portuguese)

Veredict:
