STATICS Equilibrium of rigid bodies.
EQUILIBRIUM
A body is in equilibrium when, the vector sum of all the forces acting on it is zero and also the sum
of all the moments at any point is zero.
Notes:
- A body can be in equilibrium and still move with a constant velocity.
- A body can also be in equilibrium and rotating with constant angular speed.
