Racism.... Why do you hate me? Is it that I have dark skin? Is it my naturally curly hair? Is it the words I use, the food I eat, or the music I like? I want to know. I never did anything to you nor have my people. I didn't snatch you from your homeland leaving your family behind. I didn't load you on a boat, pack you tight like sardines, and allow you to see your tribal brother die beside you. I didn't auction you off like an animal, then enslave you for years. I didn't make you work in my fields and my house without earning a wage. I didn't beat and whip you, I didn't rape your bride or mother. I didn't do any of these things, but yet your people did them to mine and you hate me. Why is that? I should hate you, but I don't.
