SUBJ:The Femme Fatale ...
This is the Badrench estate on Lower Toxic Island, NJ. It was once the mayor's residence in a southern town and was moved to its present location at minimal expense as part of a waste removal project. The previous owners added the duct tape as their contribution to the beautifucation program and later abandoned it themselves when it was mistaken for part of the nearby landfill and garbage dump and was covered by the City Sanitation Department.

The Badrenches moved here after an altercation with their former neighbors regarding which species the Badrenches represented. Local ordinances in Upper Toxic Island prohibited keeping livestock, and Mr. Badrench took exception to their calling his wife a cow.

The above photo shows the Badrench estate after extensive renovations (and several theft reports in Upper Toxic Island)
