whats been happening lately? lets see..im further disillusioned by all the shit in the world..last nite i was reading a magazine while i was on a break at work (did i mention i love my job? no? ok.) and i saw a picture of a baby girl lying dead in the street as passerbys walked by and ignored it. this is china, and the result of their one child policy. its in the june 2001 issue of marie claire, if anyone gives a shit. (yes i was aware of human rights violations in china but sometimes a big glossy picture of a dead baby is exactly what one needs to get the point driven home, dont you think?)lets see..what else...oh yes. i should copy this html in case they change the link, but for now ill just throw up the link to the article directly, coz im too lazy and apathetic right now >>right click and select open in new window<< a lovely article on child slavery on the ivory coast. child slaves are worked on cocoa plantations. the cocoa is sold to US (canada and the states and other first world countries) to make chocolate.

no really, i hate everyone. the world is a disgusting filthy place. i wont even get into the child prostition trade right now... ok, i just had a suggestion that maybe this article is biased and my opinions are being manipulated by the media for their own purpose (like the national post cares that im seething with hate..lol) ok, for your skeptics, why dont you continue to sit on your butt and maybe spent ten minutes and do a search for child slavery or the ivory coast?? no im not doing it for you!! god you guys ARE lazy. sighs*
what else is new? not a hell of alot..im not exactly living in a thriving metropolis here...oh i know!! ok..a few weeks ago we (my baby and i) went to toronto for the opening of terror firmer at the bloor theatre!! it was awesome!! we also had the privlige of meeting and chatting with lloyd kaufman. we may name our first born son after the man..he is a genius. anyways, if these names mean nothing to you, then you are an idiot. go to http://www.troma.com and get a clue. i have pics of lloyd and us..when i get a bit more ambitious i just may post them.
