Food
**Lobster** (of course, it must be licked at least ONCE)

**Sausages** (syrup can be added!) (courtesy of Campbells Quick and Easy
Recipes)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound sweet Italian pork sausage cut into 1 inch pieces
2 medium green peppers cut into strips (about 2 cups)
1 medium onion sliced and separated into rings (about one cup)
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves crushed
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, minced
1. In a 10 inch skillet over medium-high heat, in hot oil, cook sausage ,
green peppers, onion, oregano, and garlic powder until sausage is no longer
pink and vegetables are tender. Stirring often. Serve with syrup. (makes 4
servings)
**Cucumber Salad** Men, beware of that moustache! (courtesy of Philadelphia
Cream Cheeses Finest Recipe Collection)
4 cucumbers thinly sliced
½ small onion, thinly sliced
1 (8 oz.) container Light PHILADELPHIA BRAND Pasteurized Process Cream
Cheese Product
¼ cup tarragon vinegar
1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill or ¼ teaspoon dried dill weed
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1. Mix together cucumbers and onions in large bowl.
2. Place remaining ingredients in food processor or blender container;
process until well blended. Add to vegetables mix lightly. Chill. (makes 8
servings)
**add GIANT CROUTONS to the salad!!**
**Potato Salad** (Mix mix, stir stir, I married young, it's all a blur)
1 bag salad potatoes
2 stalks celery (diced)
1 onion (chopped)
1 tablespoon of :
celery seed, sugar and yellow mustard
1 medium size jar Hellmanns mayonnaise
Milk (add to desired consistency)
Salt and pepper to taste
6 hard boiled eggs
Paprika (to color)
1. Boil potatoes, peel and slice into large bowl.
2. Add celery and onion and 4 of the hard boiled eggs (cut up).
3. Add (into a container you can shake) mayonnaise, milk, celery seed,
sugar, mustard, and salt and pepper. Shake in container and add more milk if
necessary
4. Pour over sliced potatoes and mix well.
5. Put in dish, slice 2 remaining eggs over top and garnish with paprika.
For an appetizer, try slicing up PEARS! (guaranteed to give your friends
dreams that very night)
Poo Cookies
1 ½ cups all purpose flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
½ cup salted butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 large egg
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
2. In a small bowl combine flour and cocoa. Mix well with a wire whisk and
set aside.
3. In a medium bowl cream butter and sugar with an electric mixer on medium
speed. Add vanilla and egg, and beat until light and smooth. Scrape down
sides of bowl, then add flour and cocoa mixture. Blend on low speed until
fully incorporated. The dough will dry and crumbly.
4. Shape a level tablespoonful of dough into a 3 ½ inch shape of poo. (your
choice!). Do that with the rest of the dough. Place on an ungreased cookie
sheet. Bake 15-17 mins.
5. (yields 2 1/2 dozen)

-Drape a tigert-skin rug in the hallway.
-Decorate your den as the Pit of Ultimate Darkness including the crow!
