L ast February 98'. . . I was looking for a new and different writing
webring on the webring.org server.
I really couldn't find anything unique with an assertive name or style. And
I was (still am) very picky of what I show on my page because it reflects me.
the Poetry Webring had way too much people, and a lot of the rings were
not even linking their webring properly and some just did not exist. It was just a
whole list of poetry sites jumbled up together.
I was not asking for all of that I just wanted something
with a simple graphic, which circled GREAT sites with a lot of entity. . . I could
not find anything like this, nor did the people I contacted
have this type of ring for poets or people who wrote prose and thoughts together.

So. . .
I decided to make my own for people with all types of work in general:
on-line journals, poetry, prose, essayists, people who write lyrics,
artists of all types who have some sort of writing or composure
on their home site.
This ring started 2/22/98 and
since then it's grown but many have been let go.
LANCE
The writers who join (the ones
that are in the ring) do want to be a part of this
ring because it's not hidden on their site. . . or hard to find. The sites
added also has a touch of class to it. Nothing demir, but also
nothing that is useless to the eyes they are simple sites. They have class.
