Missing Moments

A Poem by

              Photos well kept,
                   Pictures of time,
Moments missing.. a tear fills my eye..
With a three ring binder, in a hard back book
                    lies my greatest acomplishment,
                               though I seldom look..
                       Mickey-mouse moments and popcycle seasons
cracker-jacks and pony-tails are missing moments between us..

Seasons and reasons and life lives on,
I will see you next week-end
                can I drive home?
Pictures and proms to add to my book
            things we didnt do together..
                replaced with photos you took.
These are missing moments between us...

An albulm filled up with pictures of time
as I open the cover.. a tear fills my eye.
I have taken these photos that I held so dear,
                           and covered them with pain
                        The missing moments..
They're not here.. Not here..Not here..!
