![]() History of the Wildcats. To: Andrew Anison
Andrew; You requested a report on the history of the Project known
as Wildcats. Here is my findings after going over the reports and
several documents. Remember that this is not for public consumption. And
if found in the public domain we will use all legal action for treason.
The troops are separated and currently only one troop
is housed outside the Department. This being the first troop designated
as Longblade. Current whereabouts are unavailable. They are on inactive
duty, and likely never to be on active duty again.
History Barton Daniel Cartel, Ph.d/M.D. Contacted S.I.W. on July 9, 1994, with a proposal for the project. It was accepted on September 1, 1994 by James Madison Dearsay, head of S.I.W. at the time. The proposal is enclosed. The project official began with the acquisition of Jessea from her grandmother. Jessea and the other subjects were trained to Cartel's program. General Background Hazel Emmett (Jessea's grandmother and god fearing woman) wrote Cartel 2 months before Jessea was born. (See attached letter). Cartel seeing this impending birth and unwanted baby decided that he would go and take the baby for the project. Arriving back at the center he named the girl child
Jessea. He did not know that Jessea was the first of twins. He left before
the second child was born. The midwife would take the second infant home
to adopt.
Personal Background Jessea was the prodigal daughter of Cartel. His
training techniques were always tested on her first. She was the hardest
drilled and has the greatest amount of emotional control. He refined his
techniques using her.
Under her command are six soldiers. Alexandra
This team was called Team Longblade. All of the soldiers
last names are Longblade. They range in age from 18-20. They are all the
same general height. Not less than 6ft. All trained in the same way.
Conclusion The project ended with Cartel's death in 2011. The official cause of death was listed as suicide. The reports covering his death state that he was trying to cure a failure. The failure turned on him and impaled him on a chair leg. The failure later died from strangulation by his own hands. Longblade and all troops were immediately put on inactive status where they remain. It is unclear as to what will happen to the project subjects at this time. But it is likely they will be destroyed. That is what I have found out to this date.
Sincerely,
Director , S.I.W enclosed:
