My Tattoo

"Now doesn't that just tickle your fanny...?" - Liezel

This is the guy who did my tattoo on Halloween night 1996. His name is Cat. His whole body is pierced as youcan see. Having my tattoo done was very weird. It was the first time I met him. The room had purple walls, he was wearing purple and his hair was purple. He appears daunting, but he's actually shy and soft-spoken. We ended up chatting about art and philosophy while he worked on my tattoo.

It was a fabulous day, the day I had it done; Halloween. I spent the day lazing around with my darling Mimmie and a girl called Chantal who was visiting me from Australia. We went and took old fashioned photographs in Melville. Then in the evening we went to Cat's tattoo parlor and shot some pool. I then designed my tattoo and went through with it.

I designed my tattoo based on my paradoxical character; vampire crossed with a fairy. Seems conflicting, yet vampires and fairies are actually closely related. But that's another long story. (In the pic to the right - from left to right: Cornelia, Mimmie, Chantal)
