Change of address & name
Please use a postal card or fax and write your membership number, old address and name, current address,
current telephone number, and date of changing it, and send it to the section of changing address. Since
it will take about a month to change your address, please let us know as soon as possible. In addition,
please submit your change of address to the postal office.

If your membership will be over at the end of Nov 1998 and you want to renew it, please send ¥ 4,000
(which is the half-annual fee) by Nov 25, (use postal form). And please keep a copy of the sender which
you'll receive in the Post Office. You can't send 2 half-annual fees at once; you can only pay half-annually.

1. What if I missed the renewal deadline for the FC membership?
If I missed the deadline and I applied for membership again, is it going to be a
new application of membership?
No. The old membership application is supposed to be renewed so please follow
the renewal procedure with a half-annual fee of ¥ 4,000, and please make sure
you write your membership number and that you want your membership renewed.
2. What is MALICE MIZER doing now?
We are creating a new project.
3. About the distribution of the promotional video... Are you going to produce PV in the
future?
We're not sure about it yet.
4. About official 1998 calendar... Are you going to produce it?
No, we're not going to do that.
5. About the postal code... I noticed that the zip code of the address for the fan letter
is different between several magazines. So which one is correct?
You can use either of it. 142-8691 is the individual postal no. of the Ebara Post Office.
142-0063 is the area code of Ebara, Shinagawa-Ku, so you can reach us using either code. Sorry
to confuse you.
6. About making reservations for the book "Itan Shinmon"... I want to buy the book which is
going to be released. But should I make reservations for it? And by when?
Please ask the bookseller in your neighborhood about it.
7. About the rumors of Gackt's solo... We're hearing this rumor and we're worried about it, although
fans must be patient and can only believe and wait. But I really believe MALICE MIZER is forever!
We're not sure about it.
8. When will you release the next single?
It's not decided yet.
9. I don't know how to buy tour goods before the Shûen to Kisu Tour.
I became a member 6 months ago so I don't know how to buy tour goods before the tour, so please let
me know about it.
We notify how to buy tour goods only for the FC members by June 1998. So if you entered the FC after
June '98, you cannot buy them.
10. How do you use our annual fee? Since I'm not a student, I can use my money rather freely, but for
students, it must be very expensive. I joined the FC very lately, so I've never taken advantage of
reservation of tickets for FC members. I was just curious considering the number of members, the total
sum of fee must be very much, so please explain it.
We use the fee for making notices, or member's newsletters, or various flyers, or it includes
making data and printing them, and sealing envelopes and sending them to each fan, and labor cost,
and everything, etc. We use the fee for those things.
11. I joined the club in the beginning of June, and my membership will end in this month, but while
I was a member, I just got a newsletter once, and I've never taken advantage of previous reservation
of tickets or limited events for the fan club.
I got information which says 'the latest news' but they can be seen everywhere (in bookshops or
somewhere else), and the newsletter also said that if we have a question, 'please feel free to
give us a call', but I've never reached you. What the hell do you use with our expense fee? I can't
help but feel you exploit the fans.
In terms of the usual publishment (books), they never came out as you notified before. It delays,
delays, delays, and even the contents come out to be different from you've told, and considering
all those facts, I feel like believing what the tabloid papers said, (that the office is just
taking advantage of MALICE MIZER for money), and I want to suggest that if you want to make them a

I think some of the fans have asked some of the similar questions which haven't been answered. If
you will not answer my question, some of my friends and I will not renew our memberships.
Thank you for your questions. We are not sure if you paid the half-annual fee in July, or if you
got a membership from July, so it depends on either situation. But two newsletters are supposed to
be sent during the membership duration (half-a-year). If the publication was delayed, we would
send it even if your membership is already going to be over.
In terms of making previous reservations for tickets or events limited to FC members, they're
irregular things so we cannot let you take advantage of them necessarily. Currently, we're debating
about the limited presents for fans.
In terms of the use of fee, we answered it in the previous question. And did you give us a call at
03-3796-2028? Until this spring 1998, you might have had difficulty reaching us but we increased
the lines, and we believe we've resolved that problem. If you called us during office hours, we
hardly use all the lines, so you should reach us.
In terms of publications, we will not let you know about the ones we're not sure are going to come out.
And that delay of publication has nothing to do with us, so please ask the publishing company about
it.
12. About applying for membership for ma chérie from foreign countries.
I want to join in ma cherie but I live in Hong Kong. Can I send the money to ma cherie by post?
Thank you for your email about applying for membership of "ma chérie" from foreign countries.
However, we are afraid to say that now we are not ready to serve you exactly what you expected of
our official fan club.
1) We will have some trouble with payment.
2) We will have much risk in sending you postal mail. Because we can't inform you important information,
for example, the closing day for concert tickets applications.
You can get information about MALICE MIZER on our official site (http://www.malice-mizer.co.jp). If you need our
bulletin or concert ticket priority, we are very sorry that we can't serve you in overseas countries now.
For these reasons we can't admit you in foreign countries into "ma chérie".
13. I applied for the membership at the end of July but I haven't received a card yet. But I received the
newsletter and notices. When can I receive the card?
We're very sorry to keep you waiting. We are going to send the card to you maybe in December.
14. How long will you take to make a card after I pay the fee? And how do you define the date of getting a
membership?
If you pay the fee, you can get the card after 3-5 months, but we're working on the improvement of
the system. In terms of the date of getting the membership, we consider the month which we send the
membership card or direct mail, etc.

15. If you have any idea about their tour in 1999, please let me know.
We have no idea. Please check the information page. We'll let you know in that page.
16. Since I want to share my webpage with the other members, I want to write the URL in the "Letter to".
Is it okay for me to do that or is it rather in the category of private information?
We want to read the information of your URL, but we're not responsible for possible trouble caused by
that info. Once you write it, the data is saved so if the log entry disappears, you won't have to write it
again. But please refrain from writing it for some advertisement or commercialized purposes.
17. I heard you won't publish the official calendar this year. I was looking forward to it very much this
year, it's a shame.

18. I asked you about the production of the video clips on Dec 23, but you said you have no idea about it.
But my friend asked about it in Shinseido, and they said it'll be on sale. I want to ask you if it's official
or not because you didn't give any info about it in the info page, and we're very confused.
Since the selling is not certain yet, we didn't give any info about it in our info page, and we guess the
advertisement in Shinseido refers to this uncertain video clip which is certain to be on sale.
In terms of the publication, official ones are supposed to be notified by the FC or midi:nette. At this point, we're
sure that the video clip will not be on sale on Dec 23rd.
19. I'm curious whether the messages which the fans write to the members are shown to the members. I guess if you
save them for a couple of days, it must be very much, so I guess the previous messages would be thrown away
without being read?
We save all of the data and we won't erase them, and the members are supposed to read all of the log entries.
20. I want to know the members' private addresses.
I heard that previously you let us know Gackt's address in a newsletter.
We let the fans know Gackt's address previously but it was the temporary one for the fans at the time so we
can't let you know about it now. If you want to give him messages, please write a fan letter, or leave a message
on the messageboard.
21. I'm supposed to renew the membership in December, but I don't think I can drop by a Post Office in December.
You said the fans are supposed to pay the fee by the 25th of that month, but you don't define a first date. So can I
pay the fee in advance, like in November?
It's fine but it would be very convenient if you pay the renewal fee in the previous month on in that month itself.
We just want to avoid problems.
22. At the end of October, my membership became invalid and I renewed my membership on Oct 16, but I have not received
the notification of my renewal.
I heard you will take a couple of months to complete the process of new membership, but will you take the same time
for the renewal process?
Lately we will notify you that the renewal process is completed by enclosing the membership card in the newsletter.

23. If I applied in the membership now, can I get the Christmas present of a small calendar?
If you paid the fee by the end of November 1998, you can get it. And please make sure that you fill in every item
