We all spend our weekdays at Duke Ellington Elementary, a (pretend) magnet school in San Diego County. Weaving artistic creativity through the curriculum, we provide our studnets with learning opportunities not always found in traditional "grammar schools." Students grasp ideas and broader concepts by exploring a variety of learning modalities, coming away with a clear picture of what is important to know....having exercised all their multiple intelligences.

We also spend a lot of time laughing.
