Being denied the privilege of your skin
Banished outside that homeland in your face
I wander now where no one's ever been
I won't retreat but oh I hate this place
Where I'm so close to you I cannot touch
And I'm so far away I cannot reach
The words I need to speak too often hused
The words that matter not invade my speech
I'm lost within this name without a name
No star to guide my night, no sun by day
Only a fickle moon, never the same
I don't know how to move but I can't stay
