1. Markets in Local Areas In general, the housewives will get together in a small group to produce flowers from rubber leaves as ordered from time to time or when a festival comes like " the Valentine " , red and black rose are produced . On the National Mother Day jasmine flowers in single, bundle or arranged in baskets are made ; on the Father Day conna flowers in bundles attached to safety needles or arranged in basket are produced. Sometimes dealers from Bangkok came to buy bleached leaf-vein skeletons in an amount of 100,000 pieces. The group of housewives will prepare and deliver to the buyer.
2. Markets in Bangkok Most markets are export markets for fabricated flowers such as flowers from cloth, flowers from plastic and flowers from pulp paper. The exporter will buy or order flowers made of rubber leaves from markets in provincial areas, such as Phangnga, Surat Thani, Pattani and Yala provinces, which come as an individual flowers The flowers are then bundled or arranged in vases, in the form of twigs, mobile, photo frames and many others. The products are then assembled and distributed to different counties. The counties which are in favour of flowers made of rubber leaves are, based on priority of import, the Us, Germany, Uk, Suidi Arabia, TURKEY, jAPAN and Hongkong. At oresent, the assessed value of exports of the bleached leaf-vein skeletons is about eight million baht/year, and that of exports the fabricated flowers made of rubber leaves is about 12 million baht/year.
